Role Summary
The Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting and nurturing potential candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, from initial application through to onboarding. This position involves sourcing applicants from diverse channels, managing interview scheduling and selection, participating in career fairs, and formulating sustainable recruitment strategies. Collaborating closely with branch and culture managers is key to understanding hiring needs and aligning recruitment efforts, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and uphold consistent recruitment procedures.
- Oversee recruitment from job posting through onboarding stages.
- Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, and selection processes.
- Align recruitment strategies with organisational goals in partnership with management.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations to ensure quality hires.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and use data analytics to refine strategies.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates and act as their main contact throughout recruitment.
- Schedule and confirm interviews, both phone and in-person, and facilitate feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
- Engage in recruitment marketing, event planning, and social media campaigns to attract talent.
- Contribute to recruitment projects aimed at process and strategy improvements.
- Perform reference checks and necessary vetting on shortlisted candidates.
- Support new hire onboarding including contract provision and smooth integration.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or related functions.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven teamwork skills and capacity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, various recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience within healthcare or caregiving sectors is highly valued.
- Familiarity with relevant employment legislation and recruitment via social media platforms.

Working Hours
- Standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
