Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team on a temporary contract basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. This position is perfect for an individual skilled in talent identification, full recruitment life cycle management, and collaboration with stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs in a dynamic corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process for corporate roles, including initial requirement discussions, sourcing strategies, coordination of interviews, and offer facilitation.
- Create and sustain active candidate pipelines utilizing innovative sourcing techniques across job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role necessities, align candidate profiles, and advise throughout selection.
- Screen applicants comprehensively to determine qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and present well-suited candidates along with detailed recommendations.
- Simultaneously handle multiple recruitment assignments, prioritizing high-volume demands while ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Maintain detailed candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment operations.
- Oversee scheduling and communication with both candidates and interview panels to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience.
- Provide recruitment progress reports, market insights, and staffing challenge updates to internal teams regularly.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in sourcing strategies and successful engagement of candidates via multiple channels.
- Track record in managing high-volume hiring and balancing competing deadlines effectively.
- Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems to organize candidate activities and recruitment workflows.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational capabilities, and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly assess candidate suitability and accelerate progression of searches.
