Role Overview

Join One Smart Engineering Pte Ltd as a Quantity Surveyor, where you will be engaged in preparing commercial quotations and proposals, supporting tender and proposal documentation, contract negotiation, and managing progress claims and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed commercial proposals and quotations.
• Organize and compile all necessary documentation for tender or proposal submissions.
• Engage actively in follow-ups and negotiate contract terms.
• Prepare, submit, and track progress claims, tax invoices, and facilitate payment collections.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Have a minimum of two years relevant work experience with strong familiarity with local construction practices.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and ease in engaging with individuals across different organizational levels.
• Maintain a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and improve.
• Exhibit self-discipline and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
