QC Assistant Inspector

Job Summary

Napco National is looking for a QC Assistant Inspector in Dammam to support product quality checks, process control, and compliance with internal and external standards. The role involves working with inspection tools, quality labs, maintenance-related knowledge, and safety requirements to help ensure products consistently meet customer and engineering expectations.

Core Duties

• Apply a practical understanding of the NFP business setting and follow internal policies and procedures in day-to-day work.
• Share information clearly and professionally, both in speaking and writing, within a business environment.
• Plan and prioritize tasks or project activities so short-term and long-term goals are met efficiently.
• Use standard equipment, office automation tools, and software effectively.

Technical Duties

• Work with knowledge of the different maintenance methods used at NAPCO and carry out basic preventive maintenance and condition monitoring on your own where needed.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for quality control so production output achieves the required quality level and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow local, regional, and international occupational health and safety rules, along with NAPCO standards and procedures, to help protect people, property, and the business.
• Test, inspect, and benchmark machine and process parameters in QC laboratories using simple to advanced lab equipment, comparing results against engineering and procedural limits to spot and help resolve deviations.
• Participate in or lead root cause analysis for quality issues or non-conforming products, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Examine tools, spare parts, raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goods using appropriate lab equipment to identify any variation from required standards.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Quality Control is required.
• If the candidate has only a high school qualification, at least 1 year of relevant experience is needed.
