About the Role

This vacancy represents a partner company seeking a QA Engineer located in Ireland. The role is focused on enhancing the quality of software applications across both web and mobile platforms within a rapidly expanding tech environment. The QA Engineer will collaborate extensively with developers, delivery teams, and diverse stakeholders to pinpoint risks, optimize processes, and deliver consistent, stable solutions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional and non-functional testing including integration, regression, and usability across web and mobile applications.
Identify and report defects clearly while working jointly with development teams toward resolution.
Verify bug fixes and ensure new features meet detailed business and technical specifications.
Develop, update, and execute comprehensive test cases, test suites, checklists, and supporting documentation.
Evaluate product requirements to design effective testing strategies.
Track quality assurance metrics and support enhancement of testing procedures.
Work closely with developers, delivery managers, and cross-functional groups to maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to refining QA methodologies and lead continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

3 to 4 years of experience in manual QA testing, ideally within sectors handling high-volume transactions such as FinTech, banking, or iGaming.
Proficient in testing web applications with a solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
Ability to produce and manage detailed testing documentation effectively.
Well-versed in QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Knowledge of Python, Playwright, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills across engineering and business units.
Effective communication skills in Russian and intermediate proficiency in English.
