About the Role

We are seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator who is enthusiastic about organising, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This position is vital in making sure our customers can access the products they need promptly. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with systems, analysing stock levels, developing supplier partnerships, and enhancing overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability for customers in a timely manner
• Accurately and promptly generate purchase orders
• Manage customer orders efficiently
• Prepare promotional stock ahead of catalogue and mailer releases
• Maintain precise inventory systems and replenishment configurations
• Foster professional relationships with suppliers
• Create and oversee purchase orders using replenishment systems
• Track and handle outstanding supplier orders
• Evaluate stock availability and address replenishment challenges
• Perform inventory audits and identify stock gaps
• Ensure compliance with CORE product range policies
• Manage special customer orders and follow-up with suppliers
• Coordinate promotional stock requirements
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in inventory accuracy and stock availability
