Role Details
We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Project Scheduler to contribute to some of the most high-profile and strategically important projects within the Australian Defence sector. In collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Scheduler will design, update, analyze, and report schedules critical to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
As a subject matter expert in scheduling, responsibilities will include creating work breakdown structures, maintaining schedule accuracy amidst evolving project scope and variances, aiding in resource forecasting, and assessing existing procedures to propose continuous improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive experience in scheduling.
- Knowledgeable in performance management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Preferably has experience in the Defence Industry.
- Skilled with modern scheduling software; experience with OPP tools is desirable.
