Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee production schedules to guarantee timely completion of orders.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth workflow and promptly address any operational issues.
• Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to their orders as needed.
• Arrange and coordinate customer inspections, deliveries, and collections.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Skilled in interpreting Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of process operation sequences within manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.
• Capable of performing well under pressure and managing tasks with a sense of urgency.
