Project Manager – Road Infrastructure

Role overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Project Manager to take charge of demanding road infrastructure assignments in Riyadh. This role calls for deep experience in managing complex construction work and acting as the main liaison for Amanah (Municipality) stakeholders.

The position covers the entire project journey, including early mobilization, financial planning, execution oversight, and final project handover. The expectation is to deliver work to high quality standards while staying on budget and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• You should bring at least 10 years of progressive experience in the construction sector.
• Of that background, a minimum of 5 years must be in a Project Manager role on large road or municipal projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of road construction methods, material testing, and the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects is essential.
• A proven record of completing municipal projects on schedule and within financial targets is expected.
• You must have solid experience in contract administration and handling government tender processes.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is needed to communicate effectively with field teams and senior stakeholders.
• The role requires a confident leader who can make decisions, solve problems, and plan strategically.
