Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects with budgets ranging from $3 million to $15 million.
- Direct project activities spanning from preconstruction phases all the way through project completion and closeout.
- Supervise project budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and maintenance of project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and onsite teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Guarantee that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within the allocated budget.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Excellent leadership capabilities along with strong communication and organizational prowess.
- Competency in handling budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationship management.
- Track record of successfully steering projects from inception through to closure.
