Overview
IPS-Integrated Project Services is a global leader providing innovative solutions and expertise in consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of technically complex facilities, mainly serving the life sciences sector. We seek a dedicated Project Manager to join our Dublin office, managing projects varying from small retrofit initiatives to expansive greenfield developments, supporting your growth as a project management professional.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful project delivery by meeting defined scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
- Drive business development efforts by participating in pre-bid meetings with clients and collaborating with senior management to prepare proposals.
- Identify risks related to projects and actively collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope control including creating and communicating all scope change notifications to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including meeting minutes, action item lists, execution plans, and monthly financial and schedule reports, in alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of seven years' experience in project delivery, including at least five years in a Project Management capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience working in manufacturing facility design with a focus on life sciences industries.
- Construction industry experience.
- Knowledge of project controls techniques, including Earned Value Management.
- Commitment to safety, adhering to IPS and client safety protocols.
Work Environment and Safety
- Role requires periodic travel based on project assignments and locations.
- Designated as a safety-sensitive position involving fieldwork at client sites including construction zones, manufacturing, packaging, research, or other active areas.
- Interviews for this role may be conducted in person or virtually via video.
