Role Overview
The Project Lead oversees a team of project engineers dedicated to delivering customer projects. This role involves defining and developing programming architecture, guiding the team to enhance control system designs and software logic, managing time allocation of resources for project execution, and directly communicating with customers to obtain technical design approvals.
Additional duties include coordinating commissioning activities, overseeing material procurement, facilitating support functions, and evaluating engineers' performance by providing feedback and training.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong understanding of programming architectures.
- Proficiency in design and development using LabVIEW, C#.Net, Python, and similar technologies.
- Experience with electrical circuit design and troubleshooting.
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in project management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications related to LabVIEW or comparable tools will be an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in one of the following fields: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Robotics and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
