Facilitate offers workspace, infrastructure, and administrative support services to international companies managing global teams. This position supports the operations of a foreign company; Facilitate itself is not the employer.

Work Location: Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (office based)
On-Call Duty: One weekend day monthly

About the Role

The opportunity is for a seasoned Trade Specialist or Commercial Estimator tasked with analyzing technician reports, verifying repair scopes, creating professional and precise client proposals, and ensuring estimates are accurate, profitable, and competitive across various commercial trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technician reports including photos, videos, and diagnostics for technical consistency.
• Confirm repair scopes, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, permits, and pricing accuracy.
• Assess subcontractor quotations to remove unnecessary expenses or scope discrepancies.
• Craft clear and professional client proposals detailing scope, methods, exclusions, and warranties.
• Conduct market research on pricing for materials, equipment, and specialized services.
• Guarantee estimates comply with client contracts and company margin goals.
• Recognize project risks and incorporate necessary exclusions to safeguard company interests.
• Convert complex technical data into easily understandable client proposals.
• Contribute to enhancing estimating standards, pricing databases, templates, and proposal quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial facilities maintenance, estimating, construction, or related trades.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, roofing, flooring, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Proven experience in preparing commercial estimates and evaluating technician reports.
• Strong grasp of labor and material cost calculations.
• Excellent written communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC or a mechanical-related background.
• Experience with commercial property upkeep.
• Familiarity with national account handling.
• Use of CMMS platforms such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, FacilitySource, or FM Pilot.

This role directly supports a foreign employer's operations, with Facilitate only providing the workspace and administrative coordination. Employment, management, and operational control rest fully with the international company.
