Role Overview
We seek an operationally focused leader passionate about social impact and employee engagement to join our Ripple Impact team as a Program Manager. This pivotal position involves overseeing and expanding Ripple’s employee giving and volunteering initiatives across international offices. Responsibilities include management of CSR platforms, coordinating volunteer events, and developing communication strategies to drive employee involvement in partnership with nonprofit and academic organizations. The position requires in-person engagement and may involve travel up to 20-25% seasonally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Ripple’s Director of Social Impact to maintain Ripple’s leadership in corporate social responsibility globally.
- Administer CSR software systems to manage employee donation matching, design compelling fundraising campaigns, and maintain volunteer program pages.
- Develop and deploy internal education and communication efforts to boost employee participation and program visibility worldwide.
- Work closely with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to design volunteer opportunities aligned with team interests across regions.
- Support management of Ripple’s nonprofit and academic partnerships regionally.
- Organize and execute both in-person and virtual volunteering activities effectively.
- Collect, analyze, and report participation and impact data to provide insights that guide social impact strategies.
- Travel to Ripple locations as necessary, accounting for approximately 20-25% of the time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background in social impact, corporate social responsibility, and employee engagement within rapidly growing global organizations.
- Experience administering CSR platforms such as Deed or Benevity, with a thorough understanding of donation matching procedures and compliance requirements.
- Strong capability in managing joint programs and synthesizing complex data effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across functions including HR, Communications, and Workplace teams to enhance adoption and cultural integration of programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
- A proactive attitude with robust skills in coordinating complex logistics including international donation compliance and large event management.
