Production Supervisor - Evening Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the evening shift operations, serving as the key contact for production, quality control, health and safety, and facility-related issues during this period. The role involves planning the daily workflow, coordinating team tasks, and ensuring smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production team to efficiently manufacture products while managing workflow organization and monitoring.
• Maintain communication with management and support teams regarding scheduling, priorities, and challenges.
• Handle employee-related concerns and queries in line with company policies.
• Drive high team performance and engagement.
• Ensure all team members complete necessary training, maintain accurate training records, and promote cross-training to enhance team versatility and skill coverage.
• Develop direct reports by providing ongoing training, evaluating performance regularly, delivering feedback, implementing disciplinary actions when needed, and conducting formal reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess Level 7 qualification in a relevant field.
• Have 4 to 5 years of proven experience in Production Supervision.
• Proficient in effective people management, including conducting disciplinary and performance review meetings.
• Background or knowledge in electronics or cable assembly is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
