Role Overview

The Product Manager will lead and implement the strategic vision for products aimed at driving growth for both PhonePe’s customer base and merchant partners. Responsibilities include advocating for and delivering product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders spanning business, technology, regulatory, and industry domains, and overseeing the design and deployment of scalable growth solutions. This role demands maintaining product agility and strengthening PhonePe's market leadership with innovative and robust growth initiatives.

Required Expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems, contemporary industry trends, technology evolution, and customer requirements.
• Strong negotiation prowess coupled with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Highly analytical mindset with capacity to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• A dedicated customer advocate passionate about enhancing user experience.
• Proven history of delivering impactful outcomes in dynamic, fast-growing settings.
• Collaborative team orientation with proficiency in interfacing at multiple organizational tiers and externally.
• Experience influencing diverse stakeholders and leading cross-location, cross-unit teams.
• Comfortable engaging with intricate technology, analytics, and product groups.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in developing customer-facing products or platforms.
