- Pinpoint and prioritize impactful opportunities throughout the digital customer journey, covering areas such as browsing, menu exploration, customization, cart management, checkout, reordering, loyalty, and post-order experiences.
- Craft well-defined problem statements, hypotheses, success indicators, and learning objectives for new initiatives and experiments.
- Create a balance between guest experience, business results, operational practicality, technical complexity, and timely delivery when making product decisions.
- Drive a culture of rapid experimentation, managing A/B testing and feature trials to improve key metrics like conversion rates, order values, sessions, retention, and engagement.

- Analyze guest behaviors via data and research to identify pain points and motivations, employing analytics tools and operational feedback.
- Monitor essential e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rates, average order values, traffic, product engagement, cart abandonment, checkout completion, reorder patterns, and sales.
- Partner with data teams to enhance measurement capabilities, experimentation frameworks, and dashboard reporting.
- Lead product discovery and delivery phases, working closely with multiple teams and external partners to ensure successful launch and quality assurance.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test and launch plans, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage backlog and prioritization decisions with decisiveness and clarity.
- Incorporate AI and automation where feasible to improve guest and team experiences.
- Serve as a trusted collaborator across Digital, Technology, Marketing, Culinary, Operations, Finance, Guest Experience, Loyalty, and Data departments.
- Communicate product updates, experiment outcomes, risks, and tradeoffs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay informed about trends in retail, restaurant, e-commerce, AI, personalization, loyalty programs, and digital ordering to innovate and suggest new ideas.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6+ years in product management, ideally within retail, restaurant, hospitality, marketplace, consumer e-commerce, mobile app, digital ordering, loyalty, or growth product sectors.
- Proven ability to drive real business results through digital product enhancements, experimentation, conversion funnel optimization, or e-commerce growth strategies.
- Solid grasp of the entire product lifecycle including discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, delivery, QA, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, UX design, analytics, marketing, CRM, loyalty, and operations teams.
- Skilled in backlog management, roadmap building, detailed requirement writing, and making strategic prioritization decisions.
- Proficient in designing and conducting A/B tests, identifying KPIs, analyzing funnel metrics, and post-launch evaluations.
- Competent with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Datadog, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights driving measurable impact.
