Opportunity Overview

• Establish meaningful connections with guests by educating them about products, processing sales transactions, and assisting with warranty or damaged item concerns.
• Support store operations through event assistance, inventory management, product replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Contribute feedback on merchandising to enhance guest experiences and boost sales.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership in a positive and open culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by educating guests and embodying the brand's culture.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and incorporate this expertise effectively in guest interactions.
• Serve as a brand representative, enhancing the guest experience whenever possible.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of experience in retail sales.
• Strong enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
• A positive attitude towards work, balanced with accountability for responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an awareness of personal impact.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Highly flexible and adaptable when facing uncertainty.
• Capable of balancing independent work with teamwork.

Availability Requirements

• Must be available for at least one opening shift, one closing shift, and one weekend shift each week.
• Availability should align with business needs and may be adjusted at the Store Manager's discretion.
