Procurement Manager

About the Role

Currie & Brown is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their Dubai office to support key clients involved in residential and infrastructure projects. This position involves collaborating closely with project leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful project outcomes. The role demands sharing of knowledge across projects, strengthening a culture of innovation, and further enhancing Currie & Brown’s status as a preferred service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of procurement activities across infrastructure, landscaping, and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of tender submissions.
• Design and implement innovative and cost-efficient procurement strategies.
• Identify and engage dependable suppliers and vendors.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms from suppliers and vendors.
• Review and assess current contracts with suppliers and vendors for ongoing viability.
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with vendors and suppliers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the Middle East market.
• Prior involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong client-facing abilities and capability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
