Procurement and Logistics Manager

Overview

We are looking for a driven and seasoned Senior Procurement and Logistics Manager to oversee procurement and logistics activities within our progressive healthcare organization. This position involves steering strategic sourcing projects, reinforcing procurement oversight, managing supplier relations, and ensuring consistent supply to support ongoing operations.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow the procurement and logistics teams to meet department goals and deliver excellent service.
• Support and guide the execution of tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).

Procurement Strategy & Governance

• Formulate and execute strategic sourcing plans that optimize cost savings, add value, and align with company objectives.
• Guarantee that procurement policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
• Encourage adoption of best procurement practices while balancing governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

• Collaborate intensively with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are understood and procurement policies are followed.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to boost cooperation and service levels.
• Monitor supplier performance proactively, addressing supply, quality, and contractual problems promptly.

Logistics Management

• Drive development and enhancement of logistics capabilities within Supply Chain operations.
• Promote a culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain.

Contract & Process Management

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle ensuring timely reviews, renewals, and execution of agreements.
• Constantly assess and refine procurement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational results.

Candidate Profile

• Established expertise in procurement, sourcing, contract and supplier relationship management, logistics, and supply chain.
• Strong leadership aptitude to manage and grow high-performing teams.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication.
• Proven background in procurement governance, risk management, and process enhancements.
• Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-moving, highly regulated setting.
