Role overview

Expressions is hiring a Plant Head for its Moradabad location. The position is focused on leading plant-level operations in a chemical manufacturing environment, with ownership of production performance, manpower coordination, and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day plant functioning and make sure production planning, execution, and control run smoothly.
• Handle workforce allocation and supervision to maintain productivity while meeting quality benchmarks.
• Create and put into practice manufacturing approaches that support growth and improve profitability.
• Work with different internal teams to spot process gaps and introduce better methods and workflows.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards, environmental rules, and all relevant statutory obligations.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing operations, or production management within the chemical sector. A solid grasp of plant functioning, including maintenance planning, inventory control, and supply-chain coordination, is important. Strong leadership ability and comfort with MS Office, especially Excel, are also expected.
