Role Overview

We seek a full-time Placement Manager based in Kochi to manage comprehensive placement operations. Responsibilities include forging and sustaining employer relationships, identifying relevant job openings, organizing interviews, and providing career guidance. The role involves mentoring learners about career trajectories, conducting resume evaluations, orchestrating mock interviews, and delivering training on job preparedness and professional communication skills. The manager will maintain placement data, collaborate with academic teams to align curricula with industry needs, engage with employers locally and nationally, participate in recruitment drives, and analyze market trends to optimize placement outcomes.

Key Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners.
• Prior experience in career services, talent acquisition, human resources, or placement coordination within an educational or training context.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with aptitude for coaching learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Skilled in organizing placement events such as drives, job fairs, and recruitment sessions while handling concurrent processes and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, CRM or placement tracking software, and online recruitment platforms for monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Up-to-date understanding of hiring trends in technology and related sectors, plus familiarity with entry-level job profiles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, education, or a comparable field; advanced qualifications regarded favorably.
• Demonstrates high professionalism, integrity, and dedication to learner success, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
