Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pest control teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Organize and schedule inspections and treatment procedures.
• Guarantee the correct and secure use of pesticides and chemicals at all times.
• Perform thorough site evaluations and risk analyses related to pest control.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and generate detailed reports.
• Ensure all pest control activities comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
• Provide training to technicians focused on safe handling and operational protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding pest management services.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience in pest control operations.
• Proven supervisory background within pest management teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of integrated pest management methodologies.
• Ability to handle chemicals safely with strong procedural understanding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or license in Pest Control.
• Health and Safety certification credentials.
• Possession of a valid Qatar Driving Licence.
