Role Overview
Join a dynamic team during an exciting growth phase at Frasers Group. The Payroll Administrator will be part of the payroll team handling weekly and monthly payrolls for over 2000 employees across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify employee hours worked accurately.
- Communicate regularly with Store Managers regarding exceptions including paperwork issues, hours, holidays, and sick pay entitlements.
- Process payrolls weekly ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Coordinate with human resources to update and maintain employee records.
- Calculate statutory payments such as holiday and sick pay.
- Manage documentation for new hires and leavers, reviewing employee data carefully.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries including timesheets and payslips.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of tax laws and employment regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical ability.
- Effective organisational skills and the capacity to manage time well.
- Capability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and a reliable, positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Kronos and/or Megapay systems is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in Payroll Administration.
