Role Overview

We seek a highly organized and technologically proficient Implementation Specialist focused on onboarding clinics onto the Adoreal platform. Responsibilities include managing projects, coordinating with internal teams and clinic personnel, and providing hands-on assistance with software deployment, workflow digital transformation, data migration, and staff training. This position serves as the main contact point for clinics ensuring a smooth, structured onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Adoreal and client clinics throughout the onboarding stages.
Coordinate the migration of clinic data from legacy systems in cooperation with technical teams.
Organize and align clinic data to comply with Adoreal’s analytics frameworks and standards.
Support the configuration and implementation of Adoreal's EMR and CRM systems.
Oversee project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate across technical, CRM, training teams, and clinic stakeholders to facilitate successful onboarding.
Identify risks proactively, communicate progress effectively, and resolve challenges promptly.
Deliver training and onboarding support to clinic employees, facilitating effective adoption of new technologies.
Create onboarding documentation, training manuals, and resource materials independently.
Track post-launch user adoption, providing continued support as necessary.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

At least 7 years of professional experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination, ideally with small or emerging EMR/EHR companies rather than large hospital systems.
Practical expertise implementing and supporting EMR and CRM platforms in ambulatory or outpatient clinical settings such as private practices or specialty clinics.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple onboarding initiatives from start to finish, typically operating within lean teams.
In-depth knowledge of ambulatory healthcare workflows including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and HIPAA compliance.
Experience developing and delivering training programs and materials for clinical and administrative staff without reliance on pre-existing corporate training content.
Ensure all implementations comply with legal and regulatory standards regarding data handling and access controls.
