Overview
John Sisk & Son Ltd is a family-owned international construction and engineering company that shapes living and working environments across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. We are inviting applications for a part-time Treasury Assistant to contribute to our Finance team by supporting cash, liquidity, and banking operations management. This role involves working five mornings per week at our head office in Citywest, Dublin 24, providing hands-on treasury support in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily cash management reports, including liquidity planning and executing transactions such as foreign exchange trades, investments, and funding disbursement accounts.
- Keep direct cash forecasting models updated to optimize cash management and investments within the Group.
- Produce treasury reports for senior management including the Head of Treasury, CFO, and Finance Director as requested.
- Administer Treasury Management System and bank portals to support Treasury and Finance teams.
- Assist the Head of Treasury on departmental projects.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a treasury role within a busy environment.
- Proficient in working with banking platforms; familiarity with Treasury Management Systems is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate flexibility.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented with excellent prioritization skills.
- Good IT proficiency and strong communication skills.
