Role Overview
This ongoing part-time position is responsible for producing and managing captivating content across digital channels to boost brand visibility, reputation, and engagement among athletes, sports parents, and strength and conditioning as well as physiotherapy professionals.
Key Duties
- Plan, create, and edit impactful short and long-form content utilizing internal team resources and individual creative storytelling skills.
- Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual identity by updating marketing materials, requiring graphic design proficiency.
- Maintain the exercise library by filming new workout programs each training block and uploading them to YouTube for global athlete access.
Performance Focus
- Balance quantity and quality by tracking weekly content production across platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics such as shares, comments, and saves, adapting strategies promptly to meet goals.
- Facilitate content creation for coaching and physiotherapy staff to highlight their expertise and maintain high team satisfaction.
Professional Development
A six-week onboarding period is anticipated to develop key performance indicators, test new concepts, and integrate workflow, supported by extensive content and marketing training from reputable online courses.
