Role Overview

We are hiring a Baker with additional Cafe Assistant responsibilities at Logan Campbell Retirement Village in Greenlane, Auckland. This permanent part-time role requires weekend availability, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of cabinet foods to provide delightful options for residents and visitors.
• Deliver excellent food and beverage service in the café setting for residents, their families, and guests.
• Operate the till, maintain stock control, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Foster a welcoming and caring atmosphere throughout the village environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in baking and general cookery.
• Barista qualification and proven dependability.
• Ability to work autonomously while upholding high-quality standards.
• Strong customer service skills with empathetic and effective communication.
• Reliable, friendly, and professional attitude.
