Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by efficiently completing tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing inventory flow to the sales floor in a safe and clean environment. The Associate will unload trailers, handle pallet movements, assist with merchandise processing, and operate collaboratively as part of a team to organize work based on operational needs and workload.

Key Duties

• Preparing the sales floor prior to store opening
• Arranging, merchandising, and labeling product features
• Performing live unloading of various merchandise types
• Emphasizing labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas more than day/evening fulfillment roles
• Transporting pallets between the sales floor and storage areas during overnight operations
• Supporting sales floor stocking as needed and assisting customers when necessary
• Applying labels on the sales floor in preparation for store opening
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring fixtures are secure

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
