Organizational Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist to enhance our HR team. This position focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, refining structure, and contributing to HR policies, performance oversight, and job architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update organizational charts and job descriptions.
• Perform job analysis and evaluation exercises.
• Facilitate organizational development programs.
• Review, refine, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and structural frameworks.
• Analyze workforce metrics to suggest improvements for organizational efficiency.
• Engage in initiatives related to performance management and competency models.
• Work jointly with HR and leadership on organizational design and change management efforts.
• Compile reports, presentations, and strategic proposals for executive review.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Between 3 and 5 years in Organizational Development or similar HR roles.
• Sound understanding of organizational design, job evaluation practices, and HR standards.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ERP platforms is beneficial.
