Staffton Health supports a variety of hospitals across India and is currently seeking a qualified Ophthalmologist to join their team in Sibsagar, India. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye diseases and vision impairments.
Key Duties
- Perform detailed eye examinations and evaluate visual acuity.
- Diagnose ocular diseases and disorders accurately.
- Carry out ophthalmic surgeries and procedures as required by patient's condition.
- Provide comprehensive care before and after surgical interventions.
- Issue prescriptions for medications, corrective eyewear, and treatment strategies.
- Educate patients on maintaining eye health and ways to prevent further vision problems.
- Maintain thorough medical documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Master of Surgery (MS) degree specializing in ophthalmology.
