Position Overview
ATS Agrochemicals Limited is seeking a dedicated Operations & Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia. This full-time role demands hands-on experience and a strong foundation in supply chain processes and operational support.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is essential.
- Applicants should have at least three years of demonstrable expertise in operations support, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control systems, and fleet administration is required.
- Effective communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to resolve issues proactively with solution-focused strategies are crucial.
- Skills in report creation, data analysis, and familiarity with ERP/CRM software platforms are mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license and readiness to undertake travel as needed.
