About the Role

Join Sephora as an Operations Lead responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of a specific retail store location in Toronto, Ontario. This role includes direct leadership of the Operations team, ensuring smooth daily store functions, and collaborating closely with various teams including overnight stock and operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by leading store operations and ensuring all processes meet company standards.
• Manage inventory activities, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting within established guidelines and timelines.
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure in-store displays meet company expectations and standards.
• Coordinate with in-house and third-party cleaning crews to maintain cleanliness standards through regular feedback and coaching.
• Maintain supply management by managing budgets and inventory for store supplies, testers, and samples.
• Engage in performance management for the operations team by delivering timely feedback and development support.
• Act as Manager on Duty, interacting with Beauty Advisors and customers on the sales floor to foster a client-focused environment.
• Develop budget strategies by analyzing sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses to optimize store operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between one and three years of experience in a comparable role within a similar volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively influence colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong expertise in store operations management.
• Proven skills in time management and problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits
