About the internship

This six-month in-office internship is designed for someone who wants to build hands-on exposure in financial operations within a structured investment-services environment. The role centers on client onboarding, documentation handling, transaction processing, and operational support across day-to-day workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of clients and manage associated paperwork with care.
• Review KYC documents and account-opening forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Digitize, sort, and upload client records into the CRM and related operational tools.
• Process and validate mutual fund transactions using approved internal systems.
• Record updates for transactions when manual corrections or interventions are needed.
• Carry out data reconciliation and keep operational records accurate and current.
• Prepare transaction summaries, account statements, and management information reports.
• Keep both physical and electronic documentation properly arranged and easy to retrieve.
• Work with internal teams to help operations run smoothly.
• Handle routine operational tasks and other duties assigned by the team.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and commit to the full six-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply. Freshers may also apply.

Other requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates who understand mutual funds, KYC procedures, or financial services.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and digital tools will be an advantage.
• A strong willingness to learn, a sense of ownership, and the potential to grow into broader operational or client-facing responsibilities are preferred.

If the internship converts into a permanent role, the expected annual compensation is ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,40,000.
