Join a fast-paced business and operations support role where you will contribute to day-to-day coordination, administrative execution, and process improvement. The position is designed for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while supporting teams, clients, and vendors.

Key responsibilities
- Support community-facing activities by coordinating with clients and vendors to help maintain a positive experience.
- Address routine conflicts and operational issues in a calm, efficient, and professional manner.
- Keep documents, records, and paperwork well organized and up to date.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
- Assist with administrative work such as scheduling, procurement coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Contribute to team coordination, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.
- Track operational metrics, maintain dashboards, and compile weekly performance summaries to support decision-making.
- Help coordinate cross-functional projects by following up on action items, monitoring timelines, and keeping communication flowing between teams.
- Look for ways to streamline processes by documenting workflows, suggesting efficiency improvements, and supporting SOP implementation.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 1 July 2026 and 5 August 2026, and stay for 3 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in business operations and administration.
Other requirements
- BBA or MBA candidates, whether currently pursuing or already completed, are preferred.
- Interest in learning through hands-on work in a live business environment.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfort with multitasking and handling several responsibilities at once.
- Ability to perform SWOT analysis.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and accountability for assigned work.
