Role Overview
The Operations Executive is responsible for supervising daily operational functions to guarantee smooth production, inventory control, and distribution of Toyo Kombucha's products. Based in Delhi, this role requires close coordination with suppliers and vendors, tracking inventory levels, managing order processing, and ensuring timely dispatch to retailers and customers. The position also involves supporting quality control, maintaining accurate documentation, and enhancing operational workflows to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with production, sales, and logistics teams is essential to align operations with strategic business objectives, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate successful product launches and campaigns. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity within a fast-growing beverage startup.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in operations management, including process coordination, inventory oversight, and optimizing workflows.
- Ability to efficiently collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to handle production schedules, deliveries, and meet operational deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control principles and understanding of food or beverage industry standards is preferred.
- Skilled in using spreadsheets, inventory systems, ERP software, and capable of tracking and reporting operational data.
- Strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset in a dynamic environment.
- Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or startup operations is advantageous.
