Role Overview

As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for executing technical automotive repairs and maintenance with strict adherence to quality and safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Carry out practical car maintenance and repair tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Engage with customers to professionally convey technical problems and cost estimates.
• Accurately document work performed by generating job cards and maintaining daily logs and performance records.
• Handle logistics including the pickup and drop-off of customer vehicles to facilitate a smooth service flow.
• Continuously update knowledge of emerging automotive technologies to enhance internal processes.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate proficient professional driving capabilities for vehicle testing and transport.
