Primary Responsibilities
- Handle receipt of clinical trial and commercial drugs and supplies following established protocols.
- Generate accurate shipping documents based on study requests received.
- Create and manage inventory pick lists using the warehouse inventory management system.
- Physically pick drug supplies, including laboratory kits, from warehouse stock.
- Inspect drug supplies prepared by others to ensure shipment readiness.
- Prepare export documentation for shipments according to regulations.
- Process shipment acknowledgment receipts promptly.
- Perform Just-In-Time (JIT) labeling and batch record labeling adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.
- File and archive all study shipment documentation systematically.
- Notify clients post-shipment regarding their orders.
- Maintain stock control through regular cycle counts.
- Create purchase orders and execute other related administrative duties.
- Support the line manager with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Experience working in a warehouse, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry; comfortable working in cold-room settings (2–8°C) for short durations to conduct picking, packing, and labeling.
- Previous experience in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or healthcare logistics is a plus.
