Opportunity Overview

Roavion Automotive Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Operations Assistant to manage their order fulfillment workflow effectively. The company deals with products sourced from Thailand, Japan, Italy, and the USA, delivering to customers throughout India.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete order processing cycle from procurement to delivery and installation.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to fulfillment, logistics, and installation scheduling.
Coordinate efficiently with vendors nationwide to ensure smooth operations.
Manage urgent issues and ensure prompt resolution to prevent recurrence.

Candidate Requirements

Two to four years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Additional Information

Location: Thiruvananthapuram or Kochi, Kerala.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
