Role Overview
As an Online Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately, efficiently, and safely picking and packing orders for our online customers. You will liaise with various departments to manage stock issues, substitutions, and customer inquiries. A strong commitment to health and safety and maintaining a positive work environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack online customer orders in an efficient and safe manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage stock shortages, substitutions, and respond to online customer inquiries.
- Maintain and demonstrate a positive attitude towards health and safety standards for yourself and your colleagues.
