Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Office Boy/Peon to join our team in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The role involves supporting daily office functions and helping maintain a smooth working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, executives, and visitors during meetings or routine hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workspaces, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry throughout the day to ensure a presentable office environment.
- Transport files, documents, and correspondence between different departments and personnel efficiently.
- Support basic office tasks including photocopying, scanning, shredding, and organizing documents as needed.
- Handle urgent deliveries such as letters, packages, or bank deposits outside the office premises when instructed.

Monthly Salary: ₹10,000
