About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned HR Recruiter based in BTM Layout, 2nd Stage, Bangalore, specializing in recruitment for the TMT Steel Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience and possess a graduation degree or an MBA in HR, with a strong focus on handling recruitment across plant and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, HR consultants, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct primary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Oversee offer issuance, follow-ups, and ensure smooth joining processes.
• Handle new hire onboarding, induction programs, and documentation workflows.
• Liaise with HR consultants and recruitment agencies to achieve recruitment targets.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and produce hiring reports.
• Ensure all open job requisitions are closed in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and recruitment documentation management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with prior recruitment experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, Cement, Automobile, or other Industrial fields will be preferred.

Compensation and Working Hours

The position offers a maximum gross monthly salary of up to INR 25,000.

Working hours are scheduled from 10 AM to 7 PM.
