Job description
Position Overview
MyIntegra seeks a dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator to evaluate and facilitate support for NDIS participants referred to their services. While this role is primarily remote, candidates are expected to reside in Perth, Western Australia, as some participant visitations will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Help NDIS participants implement their NDIS Plans by coordinating relevant services and supports.
- Complete all administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring strict compliance with required standards.
- Develop and nurture relationships with quasi-government agencies and disability organizations.
- Assume responsibility for expanding and sustaining these professional networks.
- Promote the organization and generate interest in support coordination services through presentations targeted at Local Area Coordinators, Disability Service Providers, support groups, participants, and their nominees.

- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, and engages confidently with diverse audiences including groups, managers, clients, and customers.
- Demonstrates superior organizational and time management abilities.
- Possesses strong skills in client engagement and lead conversion.
- Excels at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel to client locations when required.
- Has between 6 months to 1 year experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
- Holds qualifications in Allied Health or at least a Certificate IV in fields such as Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar.
- Possesses knowledge or experience related to complex family health challenges (preferred).
- Willing to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check and possess a current Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
