Multimedia Design Executive

About the Role

This position offers the chance to join a leading UK-based international company expanding its division in the Philippines, recognized for high professional standards and a great workplace environment. The Multimedia Design Executive will work onsite in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, during the UK shift, contributing creatively to promote the company's products and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing and post-production of videos.
• Creating and designing creative materials for digital and print media such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, advertisements, product manuals, and guides.
• Fast turnaround on design visuals for recycling station projects within 36 hours using Smartsheet.
• Producing accurate and high-quality design files suitable for final production, print, publishing, or online distribution.
• Ensuring all visual content aligns with corporate messaging, values, and audience needs.
• Supporting brand identity development and maintaining consistency across all communications.
• Organizing file structures and controlling versions effectively for all projects.
• Participating in daily and ad hoc meetings as required.
• Meeting and updating key performance indicators daily and weekly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in similar roles such as Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or Multimedia Executive.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or related applications preferred.
• Solid understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Ability to produce print-ready artwork for commercial printing or manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook and Excel.

Additional Information
