Multi Skilled Technician

Job Overview

The Multi Skilled Technician will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Duties

• Conduct preventive and repair maintenance of electrical components such as lighting systems, distribution boards, and power equipment.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks including fixing leaks, and replacing taps, valves, pipelines, and sanitary fixtures.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance tasks such as filter cleaning, system inspections, and troubleshooting issues.
• Address and resolve maintenance complaints promptly within agreed service timeframes.
• Carry out regular inspections of equipment and utilities to proactively detect potential faults.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, checklists, and service documentation for maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety guidelines and statutory requirements while performing maintenance work.
• Collaborate with supervisors and external vendors during significant maintenance projects.
• Ensure upkeep of tools, equipment, and spare parts in operational condition.
• Provide assistance during emergency maintenance and respond to breakdown situations as needed.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 35,000 INR.
