Key Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the metro team ensuring accountability and high performance.
• Optimize team productivity by effective crew scheduling, coordination, and communication.
• Manage assets including vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, job documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through clear communication and reliable work delivery.
• Enforce site safety standards via audits, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) reviews, and adherence to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
• Provide support for project estimations including scoping, quoting, and managing variations.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience within Electrical, Telecommunications, and/or Security sectors.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and work orders effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Holds a current driver's license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software such as SimPRO.

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory) include Certificate III or IV in Telecommunications, Electrotechnology, or a related trade, experience working with CCTV, access control systems, wireless RF, IP integration systems, and exposure to commercial, educational, or government projects.

• Annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
