MEP Site Engineer (Mechanical) - Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview

We are recruiting a skilled MEP Site Engineer specializing in Mechanical works for high-rise building projects based in Dubai, UAE. The role demands on-site supervision and meticulous execution of mechanical system installations including plumbing, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems. Prompt joining is highly valued for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all mechanical MEP site operations efficiently.
• Collaborate daily with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to streamline site activities.
• Verify that installations adhere strictly to approved drawings, project guidelines, and relevant standards.
• Track and ensure project progress, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols are met on schedule.
• Perform routine inspections and address technical challenges emerging during construction.
• Organize material procurement, manpower distribution, and resource allocation on site.
• Maintain comprehensive daily and weekly progress logs alongside reliable site documentation.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and formal project turnover.
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction laws and health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with project management teams to achieve key project milestones timely.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Have 3 to 5 years of proven site execution expertise in high-rise building projects.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in plumbing, drainage, water supply, and firefighting system installations.
• Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and detailed technical documents.
• Sound knowledge of UAE construction codes, practices, and applicable standards.
• Exhibit excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous UAE work experience is advantageous.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
