Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare effective site execution plans.
• Create detailed schedules and allocate resources necessary for MEP project execution.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progression, including vendor bill verification.
• Supervise and evaluate subcontractor performance ensuring adherence to quality standards onsite.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and resolve issues related to MEP systems as part of commissioning activities.
• Maintain comprehensive daily documentation such as progress reports, site diaries, and materials tracking logs.
• Participate in site meetings to report updates regarding project status and address challenges.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in MEP preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering focused on MEP projects.
• Thorough understanding of electrical distribution systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
