MEP Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer based in Hoskote and Ekrajapura, Bengaluru, to lead and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations for warehouse projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record managing MEP projects within warehouse settings and project management consultancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all MEP activities for warehouse projects, managing independently from start to finish.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progress.
• Track and supervise project advancement, ensuring compliance with quality, safety standards, and technical specifications.
• Evaluate and approve technical documents including drawings, BOQs, and submittals related to MEP works.
• Conduct rigorous site inspections to verify adherence to schedules and milestones.
• Compile and present detailed progress reports, assess potential risks, and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain strict control over project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.
• Assist in project handover procedures and closing activities to ensure client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Have 5 to 7 years of practical experience in handling MEP projects, preferably with warehouse project exposure and experience working with consultancy firms.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Be capable of independently managing projects with minimal oversight.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
