About the Role

Join Zoomlion Heavy Industry in Singapore as an Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Service Engineer responsible for comprehensive on-site maintenance and technical support of AWP equipment throughout Singapore. This role involves managing spare parts quotations, maintaining inventory at a local warehouse, handling emergency fault responses after hours, and coordinating with cross-border Chinese engineering teams locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end servicing and technical assistance for AWP equipment on-site across Singapore.
• Manage spare parts pricing and oversee inventory for a regional warehouse.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls outside regular working hours.
• Support collaboration and coordination with engineering teams from China during local assignments.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years experience specifically in maintenance of aerial work platforms.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Fluent English communication is essential; Mandarin proficiency is an advantageous plus.
• Applicants must be Malaysian or Singaporean citizens; the company provides full Employment Pass sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Full-time on-site position based in Singapore with a five-day work week, excluding emergency overtime requirements.
• Monthly salary range from SGD 3,500 to 5,500, depending on experience.
